I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. very friendly and professional. and my kids feel very open with Leroy and that makes me feel very good that they can do that with him. he really inspired me and up lefts me when i feel a little down. I'm so grateful I found a place like this for my family :)

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
