Kellum is very understanding and helpful, but he will not bullshit you, and will call you on things that you need to work on. At the same time he will not leave you hanging or make you feel like you are at fault or like you have to do everything on your own by yourself. He will stand by you all the way through. He will ask you what you need at any particular time and would do anything in his power to help while remaining honest and make sure you are making your own choice. He will help you look for right answers for yourself. He is good at helping his clients talk, finding ways to express themselves, and not shy at all about getting his clients to feel and express anger appropriately. He is good while working with clients with PTSD, gentle when needed, firm when appropriate, but never leaves you feeling like you are completely alone. He is good at admitting mistakes when he made them and attempts to do everything possible to work through issues that arise between him and a client. He relates to his clients as a human being with feelings, and treats his clients the same. I have been though quite a few therapists, and I am not planning to seek another therapist. I feel like I have done more work with him in relatively short period then I have done in many years prior to working with him. He makes me feel like I have a future, and with the background I have, I lost belief in my future some time before I found hm. I am slowly regaining hope through my work with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to honestly work on themselves, to improve their relationships with others, and to start believing in themselves

Kellum is a very compassionate therapist, who is willing to try different approaches to find one that works. He is good with trauma survivors. He is willing to go an extra mile for his client, while being very careful not to break client-therapist boundaries. Kellum is good at working with his client on figuring out the balance needed to continue moving forward while not imposing his own beliefs and letting a client figure out how to believe in himself.
