I will provide you with a warm, safe and confidential environment in which we will explore what is preventing you from living the life you desire. I can help you achieve greater levels of self empowerment, self acceptance and effectiveness in all areas of your life. My practice is guided by my training in clinical social work, my PhD in clinical psychology, and neuroscience. I employ an eclectic mix of psychodynamic, cognitive, and coaching techniques. I have had 8 years of in depth training in Jungian psychotherapy, dreamwork, sandplay, and analysis, I treat symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. Good psychotherapy depends on a good relationship between client and therapist.
