If you just need someone to listen, and give limited feedback, then this is a good choice for you. If you deal with significant family issues, depression, or anxiety, look elsewhere. When a therapist states, "You need to think more positively," move on. You don't need to pay $130 for 50 minutes to hear that. It isn't therapeutically effective or rational. Your friends and family can give you that advice.
