The studio is 700 sq. feet equiped with props and serenity. Teachers are certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance. Our personalized style offers a rich, deep, satisfying experience. Put Balance Back into Your Life. Offering weekly classes, ranging from Gentle Yoga, Beginner Yoga/Yoga 1, Yoga 2 and All Levels. Our talented and certified instructors bring their own vibe and flavor to each class. Focus on breath awareness to release into relaxation and focus ond decreasing aches/pains/misalignments of mind/body. This meditative style is introspective and deep. All levels welcome. Workshops, classes and private sessions available. Our therapeutic methods are rooted in breath, mantra, meditation, ayurveda, and asana. Using a blend of techniques and one-to-one assistance, classes are based on the needs

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
