We offer classes in Traditional Ashtanga yoga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa and lots of classes for the whole family. Whether you’re a complete beginner, or have yoga experience, you’ll find a class that works for you. Our instructors are friendly, warm and experienced teaching their yoga style. All are 200 hour + registered instructors, or have completed a teacher training program at LV Yoga.
