This Dental Care provider made no effort to get me in quickly when I had an emergency. Actually they will not see you at all if you owe them any money. No payment plans. Pay that day or do not come back. This is the new policy since Emily, the owner's daughter, joined the practice. I had been going there for over 10 years and have always paid my bills in full. I asked that the bill be sent to me and they were and they were always paid. Instead, Emily folded her arms at the cash station, wanted payment right then and told me they were saving the price of a stamp from now on and would not be mailing anything.There was no compassion and no respect given to me by Emily.
The staff, including dentist Ron, are absolutely the nicest people, but I have heard owner Rodney yell at staff members and have even seen one of them in tears from his ranting. His daughter Emily will stand at the desk and check on everything...and belittle you in front of others. She is more a cash flow manager than she is a dentist. One of the teeth she worked on chipped and I was told by the dentist that fixed her work that this should not have happened. When I called to have someone other than Emily fix the tooth, since I was paying for it, they refused. They wanted payment for the work she did that did not hold up......and more payment for them to fix it.
The entire staff is really so very nice and I feel badly that I will not be going there any longer. I enjoyed my chosen dentist Ron and everyone else....then they just handed me over to new dentist, and daughter of the owner, Emily, and now I have found another dentist because of her demeanor and disrespect.
I would have paid using a charge card but I no longer have any charge cards because I was the victim of a brutal assault and now have a brain injury which has changed my life significantly. A little compassion would have been helpful.
