Their staff is very friendly and professional. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
