I was greeted when I arrived. The waiting room is very dark and cramped. I was taken on time for my appointment. The dentist and his assistant were friendly and chatty. He may have mentioned once or twice about how he went to an "Ivy League School." I didn't feel that my exam was all that thorough, but I thought that he did a good job at cleaning my teeth - until I got a second opinion. I went to a different dentist for a second exam and he found two cavities, one leaky filling (that Dr. Brown did) and one split tooth (in a tooth that Dr. Brown also filled). And I was told that I needed a good cleaning (this was two months after my last appointment with Dr. Brown). I won't go back.
