Today, I was told they would no longer see my child. This stems from a complaint I had with the hygienist taking xrays of my child's teeth. She screamed repeatedly into the room for her bite down and hold still. When she came back into the room she said I hope you did that right because I don't want to do it again. Dr. Fox then came in and did his check, and that went fine. I later called and voiced my concern to the secretary and also said we were going to get a 2nd opinion and it's been downhill since then. Who forces a small child out? In the past, I recommended that families go there. I will never recommend them again. Very unprofessional.

Yes! They bled for days!

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Not at all; cheap and plastic
