I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff was rude and customer service is not a priority at this office. I was running 15 minutes late to my first appointment, unforseen circumstances, and the staff charged me $50 instead of rescheduling the appointment! I made it to the office and one would think that being that I am a new client that they would let one slide and reschedule, I would understand if it were a habitual thing, but they didn't. My children had their first dental cleaning at this office the previous week and we were on time. I paid the $50 but they lost three new clients. Nice job for the office staff! I wonder how the dentist feels about this, as I told the staff. I must also mention the dental hygienist has an attitude and is not good with children, was quick and did not thoroughly clean my boys teeth, seemed like the dentist had to spend more time by doing it himself. The dentist was friendly.
