Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
