I've been coming here for 20 years and never had one problem. Dr. Laubach is friendly and accommodating and they don't try to over charge you like other places. I made the mistake of going to a chain in Sinking Spring because they were closer to my new home. They told me my teeth were falling apart and I need periodontal cleaning and wanted me to sign a $2000 loan after a 20 minute consultation with the doctor. I have never had a cavity in my life so I went back to Dr. Laubach for a 2nd opinion and he told me one tooth was below the mark but I don't have the problem they said I did. Needless to say, travel time is no longer a factor and I will never try another place again regardless of the distance from my home.I make my appoitnment over my lunch hour because it is close to work. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
