Warning about DREAM DENTISTRY on Broad St Quakertown!!!!
Please be advised never to use Dream Dentistry services in Qtown. You will have great service prior and during your appointment! However, your estimated out-of-pocket will be underestimated and you will owe much more than you expected afterward. If th...ere are any issues at all with your insurance company paying Dream Dentistry in Qtown, Dream Dentistry will totally turn on you and not push the insurance company for payment. They believe that once you receive services YOU are totally and completely responsible for paying immediately. Even if they assure you that they cleared your procedure with your insurance prior to your appt and tell you what you will owe, don't fall for it. When there were similar issues with three different patients- my husband, my girlfriend and me; I saw the pattern. Their motto is "Tell the patient anything they want to hear until we get them in the chair!" Once the services are done, you will be discounted. I have never had such disrespect from an establishment and wish to make sure everyone knows this before they fall into the same problem I had. Since my issue with Dream Dentistry in Qtown, I have been called to court while working with their administrative office and my insurance, had a notice of execution served and just today on a personal note was hung up on with an "I am done with you" screamed at me. Please read, heed and spread the word. I want all to know before they are a victim of Dream Dentistry on Broad St in Quakertown. Thanks for reading!
