Dissappointed in the lack of professionalism. I left every time doubting the dentist's opinions as he never acted in a confident matter when trying to answer difficult questions from a difficult patient. Rarely would I receive eye contact when asking pointed questions. Now, I will never return and my teeth are worse off than when I first saw him. This past (and my last) visit the dentist got frustrated with my line of questioning and examples of past dental experience and walked out of the room without shaking my hand or saying 'goodbye'. The dental hygenist had to tell me that the appointment was over. I will say that during my numerous visits to this practice over the past 2 years that the staff is extremely friendly and outgoing (including the dentist). I'm upset that I now have to find another dentist.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
