They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
I have been to a variety of dentists and have never had one that was this professional and good at what they do. As long as I am in Pittsburgh, I will never go anywhere else. I also will recommend them to everyone I know. I am not sure who put the comment earlier about the office being dirty/them not contacting you, but I have never seen anyone more wrong. That comment must have been from a rival dentist because it was 110% false. I went to a few dentists in Pittsburgh before I found this one, and now I am done looking! Dr. Block took time to stop in and talk to me and made me feel appreciated. Also, some of the best dentist staff in the world.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs.
