They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
