Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for and I have seen Dr. Low go above and beyond to get a patient out of pain including coming in on her off time. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I think the staff is amazing and they are so welcoming sometimes I think I am their friend as well as their patient.
