I took my 6 yr old there and not only did the hygenist but the dr also looked over a cavity in her mouth( A big black hole!missed by 2 people in this office?) I then called the office back about it, and they made me feel as if i was inconveniencing them. They did call back several days later to schedule her another appt but I wasn't able to make it. I then scheduled another appt for 2 days later and when we showed up they said it was the wrong day and then told me they were charging me for 2 missed appts and they also were going to refuse to see her until i paid it!! If they would have done their jobs right the 1st time i wouldnt have even had the darn appt in the 1st place.They did go ahead and waive fees and see my daughter, and confirmed the cavity that 2 people missed the week before and.... instead of taking ownership of their mistake and/or apologize...they just referred her to a different dentist....I asked "do you not fill cavities here?" they said " yes we just figured you didnt want to see us anymore" and sent us out the door!! The customer service offered here is terrible as well as the srv they offer.
