Definately a different place when it changed hands. The office staff is rude and not at all helpful, the Dr. Tapolyscani critisized work of another employee in front of me, which was embarassing to me and to the employee who had done a fabulous job as far as I felt. Dr. Tapolyscani also degraded work I had done by a highly respected oral surgeon, of which she knew nothing about. I find it highly unprofessional to have one doctor degrade the work of another especially when the one being critical is much less experienced and much less trained. I was extremelly satisfied with the oral surgeon and would proudly recommend him or his office staff to anyone at any time. He did two follow up appointments, for free, months after the procedure just to see how I was healing, he sent me to another dentist to fix a crown that he knew would come off during my procedure...and I was not charged for the fix nor the cleaning the dentist he sent me to provided. There are plenty of dentists in the area I would highly recommend that you avoid Geneva Family Dental.

This place changed when they changed dentists... I needed a broken cap replaced. They stated at the front desk that they will need to contact my insurance for approval, then I never recieved a reply/ update. Went back to office a few months later, and again they said they would contact my insurance for the still broken cap (which by then was starting to cause pain). Yet again, no call/ update even after my phone calls bugging them about it. They obviously don't care much about me or my business. Now, the entire cap has fallen out & pain is much worse. Looking for another dentist to get an emergency appointment this week.
