I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
