Everybody at Crown Point Dental is nice, friendly and helpful.You always feel welcomed and special and literally there is no wait at this office. Dr. Sheila is very professional and always gives you all the options you have. the most important thing that I like about her is that she is a good listener and comes up with the best treatment plan based on your need and budget.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
