Just left this dentist office. Went back for crown seating - 2nd visit. Crown was not right, was too bulky in back and not the right size. Additionally, there were too many open air pockets (or whatever they are) around the crown once it was already put on because I could feel everything still in the tooth on the inside of the crown. The cold water, air, everything! So he had to take it back off (after it was cemented) and remake it which means I have to wait another two weeks and possibly have it still not be right because of course my confidence in this dentist and his abilities are completely shot. Perhaps if he had not been on a personal call with Verizon the whole time he was working on my mouth, this would not have happened or at least he would have noticed that the crown wasn't right, but no, instead of focusing ONLY on his patient in the chair, he was tending to his personal phone call. Very unprofessional! Then on my way out, the very rude receptionist asked me for money, as if some real work besides numbing me up so much that my nose and whole right side of my face is numb and super uncomfortable right now, had been done on my mouth. And then she had the audacity to tell me "well things happen!" Wow! What a statement to make to a patient/customer!!! Yes I know things happen, but considering all the "things" that happened to me while trying to patronize this dentist, she definitely shouldn't have made such a statement to me. Very rude! Very unprofessional! And I don't believe this dentist knows what he's doing or can pay attention to the patient long enough to know. Beware of this place. I will tell everyone I know not to go here based upon my experience and I'm telling you too. Proceed with caution!!!

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
