They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to, and they always listen to every question or concern I may have. The dental equipment looks very clean and there is a certificate from the Ohio State Dental Board that the office satisfactorily completed an infection control evaluation. They make an extra effort to make sure that I am completely not in pain. The fillings that were placed can't be detected (they blend in beautifully) and have lasted for a very long time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I would highly recommend this office.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
