They seemed qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was very disappointed when errors began to occur. Examples include a piece of jaw bone and tooth left in the jaw after tooth extraction requiring the gum to opened a second time, misreading my chart and drilling into the nerve of a live tooth with no deadening, an infection following a deep cleaning and finally, not finding an abscessed tooth I pointed out to them. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they didn't x-ray the tooth or find the problem. As a result I lost the tooth which was the support for a multitooth bridge. The cost to install a post to replace the tooth and a new bridge is outrageous and I have not replaced the bridge. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Dr. Freeman is an extremely nice person, always friendly and happy. After many years with Dr Freeman I have changed to another dentist.
