called to set up an appointment, arrive 10 minutes before to fill out paperwork, walk in & tell them my name only to be told I was at the wrong place. Come home and look to make sure I have the right location. Go back, they misunderstood my name. I was in the right place. Still got me in for the consultation with cleaning & x-rays, then set up a following appointment for after work for a filling. The day of my appointment I got a call from this office saying dentist hurt his back and therefore needed to reschedule the appointment. So set for the following week. Come day of appointment again get the call saying dentist is still hurt and now are referring patients to other dentists. Stopped in 2 weeks later unannounced....dentist is still seeing patients and my file is on the counter. What is going on? Not professional in the least. Would not recommend sending anyone to this office.
