Office manager dropped the ball when viewing my insurance card. She did not do it at all, and the office policy states "Please have current insurance cards to show the business staff".
After the 2.5 hour appaointment, She then decided to inform me that the insurance was in question, and how would I like to pay for my procedures??? Since then my bill has been forwarded to collections.
