I was a patient of Dr. Anderson in 1980. Not only would Doctor Anderson fight with his wife on the phone while I was in the chair, he was a party to child abuse and did not report it. My father knocked out my four upper front teeth and we had to go have Dr. A remove the braces before the oral surgeon could help me. I told him how my father hat hit me, but because he told the doctor I fell, and because my father paid the bills, it was never reported and the abuse continued until I grew old enough to stop it myself. These days I hope doctors don't let children suffer without getting involved. He could have saved me a lot of trouble and pain had he just picked up the phone instead of worrying about the monthly checks.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
