They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
