I can just say that the lumineers this person put on were horrible....
Be the judge:
I went to Dr. Osroth because I have an old dental work that looks different from the rest of my teeth and I wanted to fix it. I asked dr. Osroth what would be a good option for me.....he said the lumineers or a crown....the problem with the crown is that it would be hard to match one single crown to the rest of my teeth, compared to four frontal lumineers, which would be easier to match, easier to apply, painless but MORE expensive. I agreed and i chose the lumineers...I reviewed the testimonials from the website, etc....
I paid everything in advance which was a mistake...
I asked every single question before having the procedure done....if I would be able to close my mouth properly after the lumineers, the shape, size, if it would cover the defect of my defective tooth..... mostly everything....and all the answers were satisfactory....it would cover the defect and it would be a better option than a crown, only that more expensive.
The day of the procedure, before they cement your lumineers, you have to say yes or no....be aware of this because you can not close your mouth or have a prelminary view prior to cementing the lumineers and they looked totally different after that....
they say the lumineers are ''contact-lens'' size and they are not....even Dr. Osroth's secretary mentioned that they were different in color and they tried to adjust it...and it was not worth it...
At the end, I had to remove the lumineers because the color was completely mismatched, the shape was not good, the size is not what i was expecting....nothing....
I know that I should have asked for picutres with the before and after....and I should have looked better to the lumineers before cementing them but they dont give you this option.....you decide you have to cement the lumineers with your mouth open with a mirror that is one foot away from you and you can not move....when I got home i looked even worse....

I lost a good amount of mony, basically and it was not my fault....i did eveything the client is supposed to do...I went to my appointment on time, I paid and I asked the questions I was suuposed to....

Im writing this review so I can prevent people from losing money....get a better experienced person before getting the procedure done...maybe my particular problem was more difficult than others....Im just warning you because I was completely dissatisfied with my results and I lost a considerable amount of money from my pocket for a cosmetic procedure that was very bad....I rather have a defective tooth now than those lumineers...

And by the way....I was treated very disrespectfully in that office....the personel and the doctor himself are not as nice as they are after you pay....it seems that they only cared about the money not about the satisfaction of a client....I tried to solve this issue in the most friendly way possible....which maybe was a mistake...

Bottom line....the work was so bad that I removed them right away and I'd rather have this old crappy old dental work, that what Dr. Osroth did to my teeth. Maybe I wont get my money back but I still have my teeth and I can warn people.....
