They made sure every single dental question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional, except for billing services. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. However, billing remains a problem, and response to billing issues is slow and confused. They do not participate in most dental plans, and while the quality of the work makes some extra expense worth it, I am thinking of changing to a participating dentist, as they are very expensive.
