They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
