It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.
