Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
