I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I have no complaints about Dr. Sarkarzadeh's work per se, however members of his staff don't feel they have to abide by the law. Our personal information was given out without our consent. When I called the office to complain, Dr. Sarkarzadeh's wife, who recently took over as office manager, basically told me that she trusts her employee more than me and my word and refused to even look into the matter. I have since filed a HIPAA violation complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services. My privacy is just as important as my dental health and the staff at Congressional Dental Care seem very lax about protecting their patients' privacy. Mrs. Sarkarzadeh on the other hand is just plain rude, aggressive and bad tempered. That's no way to treat patients.
