I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. One thing that's been so annoying about William C Heggerick, DDS, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
