Stephen Halem is the only dentist I have ever had that sued his own clients, 100's in this case. What a moron. He filled small claims court, which never should have heard the cases because this is small claims court abuse when there are necessary third parties, and bad business practices need to be fixed or gone to division of insurance arbitration. Small claims is not supposed to be a personal debt collector for someone. Halem is a consultant to insurance industry, and is a preferred Delta provider. He then chose NOT to follow procedures of Delta and clients got stuck for full fee, far more than what he would have gotten reimbursed for by insurance. Any dentist that sues their own clients is not worth trusting as a Dentist.

They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
