I felt very rushed. They spent no time with me during the records appointment for my child and almost completely ignored me with the exception of the receptionist addressing me as "Hey, sign in this form in these 2 places".

If you don't remember my name, even with the file in front of your face, at least to be professional & refer to me as Ms. or at the very least say excuse me please sign this form.

When asking questions in person & via phone the receptionist was extremely rude & highly unprofessional regarding my concerns about the dental treatment. I'll have to do my own research. They didn't display their qualifications. I was treated terribly with no form of courtesy. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
