This office is busy and crowded, mostly due to H.M.O.'s sending their patients to only certain orthodontists, and it sure isn't because they are good. The staff is rude, except for one sweetheart named "Diane". Without her, there's no one nice. New doctors come and go constantly. I was an adult patient, working nights as a nurse, and they would not give me the times I needed without an argument. They wanted all adults to visit in the AM, but I couldn't. They made mistakes too. My daughter was also a patient. She had a tooth gradually pulled down in place, but, once down, it was backwards! One doctor pulled in my eye teeth so much, that I couldn't close my mouth all the way. I would like to reccommend "Dr. Briss" in Chelmsford, MA. Village square. Nice guy, real animal lover, nice clean office and very nice staff. Good luck
