They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged .Dr Irving is wonderful at putting you at ease .

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous and to make me feel as comfortable as possible. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off 91 in downtown Springfield.
