This provider has information available online. They have a good website and online presence. Initially, it was reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists, however, after attending several visits and consult for crown they don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although they have apologized to me for some mistakes it bothers me that they apologize by letter and do not make the effort to satify patient during the dental appointment. Dr was more interested in making it known he was the doctor than undertanding my individual needs and expectations. Also, getting money back from overpayment is difficult. They want to keep on account as a future credit, instead of refunding. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
