Went there due to my old dentist retiring and had a recommendation. The assistant taking the xrays for a first time appointment was obviously having a grand old time making me gag on the lead mouth retainer as she took her sweet time. Then I find out that the eensy-weensee barely visible dark gray spot is a cavity. And, by the way, you really should have that other tooth capped with a crown. Not necessary, but highly recommended. So a couple of weeks later I get the filling for the cavity and I wonder if this doc (who has had 40 years experience) still has the touch b/c my mouth is a bloody mess after "scaling the gums." After it's all over they give me the "scare-the-customer spiel" AGAIN with the elective crown surgery because I may "accidentaly chomp down on a pit and break this part of the tooth there whether it's tomorrow or 5 years from now." I don't know if the good doc needs to milk me and my insurance company to make further payments on the BMW or the second summer home or to put his kid through private rehab so the neighbors don't know, but I'm going elsewhere from now on.

Oh yeah, if you want your x-rays, which YOU PAID for... good luck. "Doctor" Garber needs to "review them" to see why you're taking your business elsewhere.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
