The dentist and staff were very friendly and accommodating and I felt welcome at my dental appointment! On my last follow-up after major surgery the technician who took out my sutures never introduced herself to me and wasn't wearing a nametag. Plus, she was sort of condescending and short...still not sure why. I thought that everyone else on the staff was very nice and friendly and they called me to remind me about my latest appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for over 25 yrs. Dr. Smith and his staff have always been very helpful and informative concerning any procedure that they have performed.
Dr. Smith has always explained every procedure in detail before hand. The best part of it all is that I have never experienced any pain. I wouldnt have my dental work done anywhere else.
