The office is now closed. I've been going to this guy (notice I didn't say dentist) twice a year for the last 25 years. Since I found a real dentist I have had thee teeth pulled, two cavities, and a root canal.

IMO this is criminal neglect and Reams did all his patients a favor by going out of business. If I could I would give this guy less one star.

Showed up for my apt this morning, office closed! Called and the message on the machine was that the office was closed for personal reasons, all records have been sent out to various dentist and they will be in contact. I am so mad! One I didn't not sign a release of records and 2- I have no idea what dentist or where my records are!!. I want to know now!!!!! I will be checking with the AMA about this one for sure !!. I had been going to Dr. Reams for ever and he was a wonderful dentist, I will miss his service. But this is unacceptable!
