Dr. James Richards is the best dentist I've ever been to, and that includes my Uncle, who was my dentist for my entire childhood! He is honest, caring, and gentle. My family have been patients for several years now and have been seen for both maintenance and emergency care. When my husband needed an emergency root canal, Dr Richards met us at the office on a holiday, and called around to find an endodontist he trusted who could see us immediately. Although the endodontist never called to check on my husband, Dr. Richards and his staff kept close tabs on us, calling frequently and checking up on him. His entire staff is fantastic, and the prices are good too.

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
