Called to schedule an apt as a new patient was told I couldn't because they only schedule new patients on Tuesday. WTF so I repeated what I heard... "so you are telling me I can't make an apt today because I'm a new patient I have to call you back on a Tuesday?" and the answer was YES. HOW STUPID IS THAT! Other members of my family have been here and I thought I'd give it a try but honestly doesn't matter how good the dentist are if your front desk people are lazy and suck.
The receptionists are so terrible at providing customer service. I was hung up on 10 ties this morning trying to get an appointment for a new patient. They simply refuse to work with you, I have been trying to get this appointment for over a month! They said call Tuesdays at 745, guess what I did for the past four weeks and you hang up on me - by the time I get back on your 'precious' ten appointments are gone. You think that because some of your customers only speak Spanish no one will complain. The dentists themselves are pretty decent.
