I like Dr. Hirsch. I had gone to a more conveniently located dentist before going to Dr. Hirsch. This dentist told me he wanted to put caps on virtually all of my teeth at a cost of something like $2,400 (this was a number of years ago).

I went to Dr. Hirsch for a second opinion. He said that I did not need to have any of my teeth capped and that capped teeth are actually more prone to breaking than "real" teeth. That was years ago. I think in all of that time I have only had one or two teeth capped. I think that that first dentist was a crook and appreciate having access to an honest and competent provider.

The degree of professionalism at this office is something that I wish more health care facilities could manage. The office is so well run that in well over twenty years, the only time I waited more than five minutes to be seen was when I was squeezed in without an appointment for an emergency. I h ave the confidence that any work that is recommended is truly necessary. The patient's comfort is paramount, as well as the quality of the dental work that is done. I have recommended Dr. Hirsch to many people over the years, and those individuals are also long-term patients. When necessary, he refers to professionals of the same caliber.
