I'm literally looking for a new dentist office... I've been going to Tustin Plaza dental since I was like 10. I'm 32 now and take my family... This used to be a well ran office, I don't know who was running things then. But whoever is doing it now should be ashamed... They are horribly disorganized and rude... My wife got a call this afternoon telling me that our appt's TONIGHT have to be rescheduled... This is the 2nd time they've done this to us inside of a year's time. So they rescheduled my wife and daughter for 2 weeks from now. When my wife inquired about my appt. they said I'm already rescheduled for next week. Well it would have been nice to been informed... When were they going to tell me? and then charge me for not showing up... this kills an evening for an appt. so I tried to get a time for all of us as we usually do. AND THE EARLIEST THEY COULD RESCHEDULE ME (because of their own screw up which was the 2nd screw up within a year) was JANUARY 3rd!!!!! Such a joke! You just lost a 20 year customer! I don't know who's running this office but if I owned a busines, losing a 20 year customer isn't something I'd take lightly... Thanks for nothing Dr. Larson!
