They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. My family has been seeing Dr. Krause for four years and have had many procedures with no problems. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected. They do take many extended vacations and are not in the office on Friday, but there is always a good on call dentist that they refer you to.
