Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Their dental equipment definitely wasn't clean. It was obvious that they never sanitize it. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears.

Dr. kondon NO GOOD SHE SEEM TO NOT ENJOY HER JOB...SHE NEED TO BE FIRED!!! HER FACE IS NASTY LOOKING N SHE IS RUUUDDE!! FIND A BETTER KID DENTIST.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
